Aside from facebook's Messenger, which we exclusively use for chatting friends and family, I've removed all the social media on my phone.
It is true what they say that what you pay attention to, becomes what the texture your life is going to be.
Today, will try to just move the phone away and spend more time reading and playing video games. The irony of buying the material things you always wanted, is that you no longer find the time and energy to use them after the craving and desire to obtain it stops. Or maybe its just me; after I bought a lot of things that I wanted, and now these gadgets on my mind are in an arm's race to see which ones will hold my attention the most.
As a young adult, after tasting the fruits of my labor, it got really hard to not spend money after years of tight budgeting to make ends meet. Balance would be the solution that I have to try, but this time, maybe, I should just spend more time with these instead of looking for the next big thing.
