04:43:47 pm Since I've accustomed myself to not always take action, now when trying new things I've always now preferred to stick with the new ones. This makes me less likely to explore new hobbies and things. And I agree, in some sense, that it takes a lot of practice and hard work for you to change your life. And right now, I do want to change my life - its just painful to recognize this, and still I chose to stick with what I've learned. And I know that this too is a human trait that we have to understand, but ultimately overcome in order to change ourselves. Its not just about how I am guilt tripping myself up because I failed to change. Its how our brain works and it craves what's familiar. What the media portrays, on how poeple are so successfull and smart and rich, at least those that are genuinely came from effort - they don't really portray the sacrifice the time and effort necessary for them to come to where they are now.

To push through to the status quo, and live your life intentionally. Still, time moves forward. I want to at least still try
